You can use the DISPLAY button to switch
the LCD monitor display on and off.
The camera stores the LCD monitor on/off
setting in memory, and restores it when you
turn the camera on again. If the camera
displays the "Change the batteries" at time of
power-on, however, then the LCD monitor
may remain off the next time you turn on the
camera.
Set the flash to on or affix the camera to a
tripod when the upper indicator flashes
orange and the camera blur warning icon

) appears in the LCD monitor after the
metering preparations are complete.
