LiftSeat is a sling that is adapted for manual lifting. For the caregiver, it is easy to apply, and it gives the patient a feeling

of security during manual lifting in a seated position. It features leg sections, which means that the patient does not

sit on the sling. Instead, the sling provides support from the tailbone up over the head and under the legs. LiftSeat is

designed for use in most common situations where manual lifting in a seated position is required, such as transfers from

wheelchair to aircraft seat, etc.

SystemRoMedic is a series of different models of transfer assistive devices. The choice of assistive devices depends on

the transfer situation and the patient's functional capability and needs.

Functional inspection

Visual inspection

Check the condition and function of the assistive device regularly. Always inspect the product after laundering. Check to

ensure that seams and material are free from damage. Check to ensure that fabric is not worn or faded. If there are signs

of wear, the product must be discarded.

Always read the manual

Always read the manuals for all assistive devices used during a transfer.

Keep the manual where it is accessible to users of the product.

Do not leave the patient unattended during a transfer situation.

Page 2 Description of LiftSeat 1. LiftSeat has handles in two sections on the back support; choose the handle that enables the best working stance. 2. One of the handles on the upper part of the leg supports is red; after application, it should meet the red handle on the lower part of the opposite leg support.
Page 3 Transfer or lifting 1. Choose handles: On the leg sections are two alternative handles. Choose the most appropriate handles according to the width of the patient. 2. At the back, there are handles at two levels; choose the handle that enables the best working stance.
Page 4 For extra support behind the back, LiftSeat can be applied with the help of EasyGlide 1. Place EasyGlide in the pocket on LiftSeat. 2. Press LiftSeat with EasyGlide behind the patient’s back. 3. Leave EasyGlide behind the patient’s back for extra support during the transfer. Material: Polyester: Durable material with low friction.
