4. Press y to confirm the settings. To change the settings, press n and repeat step 3.

5. Press y to save the settings or press n to discard the settings.
You are logged in to the operating system of the OAP module. The operating system prompt
appears:

To modify the network settings, use the /usr/bin/init_net/init_net.sh command and repeat step 2
through step 5.
6. To change the login password, execute the following command:
root@ cvknode:~# passwd root
Enter new UNIX password:
Retype new UNIX password:
passwd: password updated successfully
The password is case sensitive and can contain letters, digits, and special characters.
Configuring network parameters for an OAP module that runs
the Linux operating system
In the following example, the OAP module is installed in slot 4 on the router.
# Log in to the operating system of the OAP module as user root.
