TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY

1/2" Socket wrench & 1/2" Box end wrench.

BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE WORKBENCH

Read through the assembly instructions to familiarize yourself
with the order in which the parts are assembled. We suggest that
you clear & vacuum the area where the rack is to be assembled.
These instructions are intended as a general guide and may
differ depending on your application.

HARDWARE

All assembly hardware is provided.
FLOOR/WALL MOUNT HARDWARE NOT PROVIDED.

RACK BASICS

Common hardware for all
bolting locations.
(x20 per rack)
5/16-18 x 1/2"
Hex Head Bolt
(x20 per rack)
Nylock Nut

WARNING!

  • Page 2 Assemble as illustrated. Lay two uprights out and attach two side braces between uprights using 4 bolts/nuts per side brace. Side brace under upright Bolt Direction Stand up the uprights with assistance. Attach cross braces to the backside of the upright. Two bolts/nuts per cross brace.
  • Page 3 Insert shelf clips into uprights at desired heights. Make sure clips are installed at matching heights or shelf will not be straight. Starting at the top, place the shelves onto the shelf clips. Racks will square themselves as the shelves are assembled.
