GMI EL-277 Assembly Instructions

TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY

Electric Hand Drill, Phillips Head Bit, 3/8" Crescent

Wrench, Tape Measure.

Read through the assembly instructions to familiarize

yourself with the order in which the parts are

assembled.

We suggest that you clear & vacuum the area where

the rack is to be assembled.

It is important that the rack is assembled in the same

sequence as instructed.

All assembly hardware is provided. Floor anchor

hardware is not provided.

Page 2 Identify all components below. Caution - It is important to orient the back support angles correctly. Measure the distance from one end to the third hole. The distance from the top of the upright to the third hole is 33-1/2", from the bottom to Nylock Nut 5/16”...
Page 3 Lay (#1 & #2) back support angles on the floor as shown. Place (#6) bottom pan between the angles & attach with 4 nuts & 5/16” x 3/4" bolts. The bolts run up through the angle & into the bottom pan (the nut will be on the shelf side of the rack).
Page 4 Attach the (#9) retainer rail using 4 nuts & 5/16” x 3/4" bolts.. Run the bolt through the retainer rail, into the uprights. Bolt Direction Bolt Direction Tip the rack into upright position & move to desired location. (This rack must be positioned against a wall). When rack is positioned correctly, anchor it to the floor.
