    ASSEMBLY WARNING Make certain that the machine is not connected to the power source. BASE 1. With the carriage bolts and nuts,begin assembling one end of the stand by attaching 1 short top shelf and 1 short tie bar to 2 legs. NOTE: Do not tighten hex nuts until all fasteners are at- tached.Then place the stand on a flat surface to square it up and tighten all the nuts.

The safety guard prevents the operator’s hands from touching the boring bits when changing workpiece.
