Description
The tapas displays are available in 2 versions, with 6 GN Containers (TPR 60) or 8
GN containers (TPR 80).
They respectively keep the GN containers cold for a maximal ambient temperature
of 25°C.
These appliances are meant for professional use and should be used by qualified
people. They must be installed according to the current reglementation by a qualified
technician.

Functioning

Tapas displays are fitted with:
- Electronic regulation thermostat
- On-off switch
- Lighting switch
- Fluorescent light

Installation and starting

1- Unpack the machine with precaution.
2- Remove protective films.
3- Place the machine on the display stand, near a normalized 16A plug.
4- Adjust the feet so that the machine is perfectly horizontal.
5- Plug the machine,
Put the lighting switch on position I,
Put the on/off switch on position I.
NB : The plug must be accessible at any time
6- After few minutes of functioning, the regulation temperature is reached.
Use
a - The models TRP 60 and 80 are of climatic class 3, what corresponds to a
maximal ambient temperature of 25°C.
b- The machine must not be exposed to the sun. It is planned to work without water.
c- Place only cold products on the containers
d- It is recommended that the products do not exceed the top of the containers
e- For hygienic reasons, the daily stop and cleaning are recommended.
