The damage due to shocks, bad weather is not flatware by the guarantee. The mate- rial travels at the risks of the user; in case of delivery by carrier, the consignee has to have reservations towards the carrier before any delivery of the device. The guarantee comes to an end in case of intervention, of repair, of modification by no qualified persons, or of use in inappropriate purposes.
