How to make a success of your mayonnaise ?
Ingredients: 1 yolk, 1 teaspoonful of mustard, 1 tablespoonful
of water, 1 tablespoonful of vinegar, 100 ml of oil, salt, pepper.
- put the ingredients into the bowl and add 1 tablespoonful of
the oil,
- premix the ingredients in your mini chopper for 20 secs,
- add the remaining oil and operate for 40 secs.
It is important that all the ingredients are at the same
temperature.
Storage
After use, you can store your mini chopper by wrapping the
cord around the motor unit (G) and attaching the sucker (H).

leaflet, or from your local stockist.Important: If the mains lead
is damaged, take it to a Moulinex Service Agent to be replaced,
as special tolls are required.
