lowing work after turning the power off and ascertaining that the motor is at rest.

) Loosen setscrews 1 . Fx setscrews 1 wth shfted
to the lowermost poston.
2) Loosen setscrew 2 . Adjust so that the center of
screw s spaced 29 mm away from the center of the
needle thread guide rod. Then, fix setscrew 2 .

2. adjusting the needle bar thread take-up thread receiver

3) Loosen setscrews 3 and adjust so that the heghts
of the respectve needle thread gude rods are the
dmensons as shown n the table. Then tghten
screws 3 to fix the thread guide rods.
Loosen setscrew 1 and adjust so that the bottom end
to the center of the thread hole of needle bar thread

take-up 3 algns wth the top end of needle bar thread
take-up thread recever 2 when the needle bar s n ts
lowest poston. Then tghten screw 1 to fix the needle
bar thread take-up thread recever.
