I have a lumex 574g and the lower frame assembly square tube comes completely out
making the chair unsafe. There doesn’t appear to be any missing or broken parts. Is there any way to fix this? Otherwise the chair is in great condition.

To fix an issue with the lower frame assembly square tube on a Graham Field Lumex 574G Series chair, follow these steps:
1. Inspect the Frame – Ensure the lower frame assembly square tubes are not damaged or misaligned. 2. Reassemble the Back Assembly – Slide the back assembly into the lower frame assembly square tubes, aligning the holes properly. 3. Secure with Screws – Insert screws through the horizontal brace locking pin holes and tighten them with a screwdriver. 4. Check Stabilization Bar – Raise the position stabilization bar and adjust the back assembly until the lock release button engages the middle slot. 5. Verify Security – Ensure the top screw on each side of the back assembly square tubing is completely secure before use.
If the issue persists, contact your Lumex distributor for further assistance.
