(Figure 1) NOTE: If you are not sure if the outlet box is grounded, contact a licensed electrician for advice, as it must be grounded for safe operation.

CAUTION: Make sure main power is turned off. 3. Make sure forward/reverse switch is firmly in the correct position. If fan does not start: Fan will not operate when switch is in the middle.
