Each new exhaust fan motor and prop is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 2
years from the date of new installation by the original purchaser.
If a component is found to be defective in this 2 year period, it will either be repaired or replaced at the option
of the factory.
Should a warranty issue arise, please contact the dealer who the fan was purchased from.
What is not covered by the warranty:
1. Malfunctions resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, or lack of necessary maintenance.
2. Loss of time, inconvenience, use of product, or other consequential damages due to defects.
Before installing, carefully read and understand the instructions and warnings. Follow all instructions
for proper installation and maintenance to reduce the risk of personal injury, death or property damage.
These instructions are not intended to cover every detail involving installation, operation and maintenance.
If you have any questions regarding any procedures, stop immediately and call your local distributor.
Caution and Warning labels have been placed on your product to remind you of the hazards associ-
ated with moving parts and potential electrical issues. Replace missing or damaged labels immediately.

WARNING: Electrical Shock Hazard
Electrical connections shall be made by qualified electrical personnel in accordance with all applicable
codes and ordinances.
Do not touch electrically live parts. Disconnect, Lockout and Tag input power supply before installing or
servicing motor.
To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not expose this fan to water.
Failure to follow these instructions could result in personal injury, death or property damage.
WARNING: Loose or Moving Parts Hazard
Before starting the motor, remove all unused shaft keys and loose parts to prevent them from flying off.
Keep extremities, hair, jewelry, clothing, etc. away from moving parts.
This fan has dangerous moving parts. Keep away from all moving parts such as fan blades, pulleys, belts,
etc. while the fan is in operation.
Failure to follow these instructions could result in personal injury, death or property damage.
CAUTION: Guards must be used when fan is mounted within reach of personnel or fan must be
mounted 7ft above work surface.
