- Page 3 Assembly Instructions STEP 1. Screw SCREWS (D) into the tops of BASE FRAMES (A). TIP: The long side of the screws must point up. Fit BIN (B) over exposed screw threads. Screw POLES (C) onto exposed screw threads. Screw SCREWS (D) into the tops of POLES (C).
- Page 4 STEP 3. Align holes on last BIN (B) with tops of POLES (C). Screw CAPS (E) into tops of POLES (C) through BIN (B). STEP 4. Attach WHEELS (F) to one BASE FRAME (A), and attach LOCKING WHEELS (G) to other BASE FRAME (A) with WRENCH (H).
