- Page 3 Assembly Instructions STEP 2. Use WRENCH (J) to attach WHEELS (H) and LOCKING WHEELS (I) to BOTTOM POLES (E). TIP: We recommend installing the same type of wheels to the wide sides of the cart for stability. STEP 3. Screw CONNECTORS (G) into tops of BOTTOM POLES (E).
- Page 4 STEP 4. Clip 4 pairs of SLEEVES (K) to all four poles at the desired height for BASKET SHELF (B). Attach 2 pairs of SLEEVES (K) narrow side of cart. Fit HANDLE (F) over the sleeves. Clip 4 pairs of SLEEVES (K) to tops of all TOP POLES (D) for TOP SHELF (A).
