Water plus (Z) button and select the spin speed 0.

Programme for cleaning and caring for the drum and the outer
tub, e.g. before running the first wash cycle, if you frequently
wash laundry at a low temperature (40 °C or lower) or if an
odour has developed after a prolonged period of non-use. The
Drum clean Û indicator light flashes if you have not used a
programme at 60 °C or higher for a long time.
