Support Start Display Alignment FSI sells/rents an optional automatic alignment kit composed of our passive color analyzer adapter and a compatible color analyzer. If you have this kit follow these simple steps to realign your monitor to factory specifications: 1. Place your color analyzer in front of the display.
Display Alignment Menu Custom Calibration LUTs Starting with Firmware 9.49, FSI models equipped with the Color Fidelity Engine are capable of loading custom calibration 3D LUTs. This advanced feature requires use of color management software (such as Light Illusion’s LightSpace, which is currently supported) and a professional grade probe.
Page 34
After the monitor has loaded the profile and restarted, turn the monitor off by using the Power button on the keypad. Connect the FSI update cable that came with your monitor (USB to RJ45) to the GPI port on your monitor.
Page 35
Note: If you notice image solarization, the CFE update did not complete correctly. It may be necessary to repeat this process. When using LightSpace to generate custom user LUTs for FSI monitors, the colorspace image name typed into the Convert Color Space Window MUST the monitor model name. Valid Model Names: CM170, LM-2461W.
Page 36
Display Alignment Menu Now that your custom LUT has been saved, turn the monitor off and once again place the monitor in update mode by entering the following key combination on the monitor’s keypad: MENU, ENTER, UP, DOWN, MENU, ENTER, UP, DOWN, MENU, DOWN, POWER.
