Thank you for the replacement battery you sent me. After installing the battery the mot worked well the first 2 times. Now it only works for a few seconds then stops. The 3 lights flash intermittently 4 times then stop then flash 4 times again. The mop cannot then be restarted. Why does this happen?
The Nellie's MOP may stop working after a few seconds and display intermittent flashing lights because it automatically enters “sleep mode” after 2 minutes of no use, during which the full battery light will twinkle.
