Auspacken

Entnehmen Sie die Kaltlicht-Fontäne und das
Zubehör vorsichtig der Verpackung.
Überprüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit
und auf eventuelle Beschädigungen.
Sollte die Lieferung Anlass zur Reklamation ge-
ben, so wenden Sie sich bitte umgehend an den
Hersteller oder Lieferanten. Wenn möglich, be-
wahren Sie die Originalverpackung auf, sie kann
bei einem Transport des Gerätes nützlich sein.

Aufstellen des Gerätes
Hinweis: Die Kaltlicht-Fontäne HALOGEN 150
darf in medizinisch genutzten Räumen nur be-
nutzt werden, wenn deren elektrische Anlagen
nach den national gültigen Vorschriften instal-
liert sind.
Warnung: Sie ist nicht für den Betrieb
in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen
bestimmt. Bei Verwendung von explosi-
ven Narkosegasen darf das Gerät nicht
in der dargestellten Gefahrenzone be-
trieben werden.
Gerät auf eine ebene Fläche stellen.
Vorsicht: Lüftungsschlitze nicht ab-
decken. Überhitzungsgefahr. Freie Luft-
zirkulation nach oben und zur Seite
muss gewährleistet sein (Rückwand-
abstand 10 cm).
Bei Überhitzung schaltet das Gerät
automatisch ab. Am Netzschalter
ausschalten und Lichtquelle abkühlen
lassen (siehe Fehlersuchliste).

operating instructions

Unpacking the equipment

Carefully unpack the cold light fountain and
remove the unit and its accessories from their
packaging.
Check for missing items and evidence of ship-
ping damage.
File any complaints with the manufacturer or
supplier immediately. If possible, retain the ori-
ginal packing materials for later use; these can
come in handy if the unit has to be transported.

Installation

Note: The cold light fountain HALOGEN 150
may be used only in medical facilities having
electrical installations conforming to the appli-
cable national, state, and local electrical codes.
Warning: This unit is not intended for
use in hazardous zones. Do not operate
the unit within the hazard zone shown in
the diagram while explosive anesthetic
gases are in use.
Set the unit on a flat surface.
Caution: Do not cover the air vent.
Danger of overheating. Make certain
there is free air circulation towards the
top and to the side (distance of rear
panel to wall: 10 cm).
If the unit overheats it will shut down
automatically. Turn off the main power
switch and let the light source cool
down (see error list).

Desembalaje
Extraer cuidadosamente la fuente de luz fría y sus
accesorios de la caja.
Revisar si el envío está completo y comprobar
posibles averías de transporte.
En caso de reclamaciones, dirigirse inmediata-
mente al fabricante o a la empresa suministrado-
ra. Es recomendable guardar el embalaje original
para volver a utilizarlo en un posible transporte
posterior del equipo.

Montaje del equipo
Nota: La fuente de luz fría HALOGEN 150 sólo
podrá usarse en espacios médicos cuya instala-
ción eléctrica haya sido efectuada de acuerdo con
las normas nacionales de seguridad vigentes.
Cuidado: El equipo no está previsto para
ser utilizado en áreas expuestas a posi-
bles explosiones. Si se usan gases anes-
tésicos explosivos, el equipo no deberá
emplearse en las zonas señaladas como
peligrosas.
Coloque el equipo sobre una superficie plana.
Advertencia: No cubrir las aberturas de
aireamiento. Peligro de sobrecalenta-
miento. Ha de garantizarse la libre circu-
lación de aire hacia arriba y hacia los
costados (distancia hasta la pared: 10 cm).
En caso de sobrecalentamiento el apara-
to se desconecta automáticamente. Des-
conectar el interruptor de la red y dejar
enfriar la fuente de luz (véase localización
de errores).
