Refilling Your Account

GoPhone Pay As You Go service allows you to pay in advance
for your airtime. The cost of every call you make or receive
will be deducted from your account in full-minute increments.
The deduction may be delayed if AT&T experiences a system
interruption or other downtime.
Refill before your current balance expires, and the balance
carries over to the new expiration date.
You can refill when your balance is depleted or low in one of
the following ways:
• Pay by credit card, debit card or checking account:
– Go to att.com/mygophone
– Dial 611 from your wireless phone. A fee may be
charged for calls to add funds using a live representative.
• Pay by cash by visiting an AT&T store or one of more
than 200,000 authorized retail locations in the U.S. and
purchase a refill card or PIN
Take the hassle out of refilling by enrolling in Auto Refill
Enroll your account in Auto Refill, and the airtime value you
choose will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card
on the date you specify. Enroll in one of the following ways:
• Visit att.com/mygophone
Minutes with a Credit or Debit Card, " then "Manage My Account. "
Log in, then select the option "Set Up Auto Refill. "
• Call 611 and from the Main Menu, select "Manage My Account"
and then the option to "Set Up Auto-Pay. "
Auto Refill plans to choose from include: Weekly Plan, Pay Day
Plan, Monthly Plan or Expiration Protection Plan.
