Check the humidity indicator card before soldering. The 30% indication is blue for normal conditions, as shown in figure 6-2. Bake modules firstly before soldering if the 30% indication turns pink, as shown in figure 6-3. The UM220-IV NV-GN modules are rated at MSL level 3.
