    IT      NOTA INFORMATIVA PER L’USO E LA MANUTENZIONE       AVVERTENZA  Solo la scrupolosa osservanza delle norme contenute in questo libretto può garantire un perfetto servizio ed un sicuro utilizzo  degli apparecchi di respirazione. SPASCIANI SPA non si assume alcuna responsabilità per danni che si verificassero in seguito ad  un uso incorretto od inappropriato degli apparecchi qui descritti, come pure per operazioni di manutenzione eseguite da personale  non espressamente autorizzato.    Gli apparecchi di respirazione sono DPI di III  categoria come definiti dal Regolamento (UE) 2016/425 e come tali devono essere  usati da personale particolarmente addestrato e sotto la sorveglianza e la responsabilità di persone perfettamente al corrente dei  limiti di applicazione e delle leggi in vigore.   Tutti i dati riportati nel presente libretto sono stati attentamente verificati.  La SPASCIANI SPA tuttavia non si assume alcuna responsabilità per eventuali errori e si riserva il diritto di modificare in tutto o in  parte le caratteristiche tecniche dei propri prodotti senza obbligo di preavviso.  CAMPO DI IMPIEGO  Applicazione  L’autorespiratore SK è destinato all’uso per auto salvataggio in tutti gli ambienti in cui si possono verificare situazioni pericolose  dovute a fughe di gas o mancanza di ossigeno. Il peso contenuto permette all’utilizzatore di portare con sé l’autorespiratore a  titolo precauzionale anche per periodi prolungati, come un intero turno di lavoro, in modo da averlo sempre a disposizione qualora  si verificassero situazioni pericolose.  Limitazioni ed avvertenze  È estremamente importante seguire le istruzioni riportate in queste pagine. L’autorespiratore SK non è utilizzabile per interventi di  manutenzione o di lavoro, anche se di breve durata e neppure per soccorso di terzi o uso subacqueo. L’apparecchio può essere  utilizzato in atmosfere potenzialmente esplosive Zona 1 e 2.  Durata  La  bombola  di  alimentazione  di  2  litri  a  300  bar,  permette  una  autonomia  maggiore  di  15  minuti  ad  erogazione  costante.  La ...
  • Page 4 Afferrare il cinturino di presa dell’apertura a patella e aprire strappando il sigillo di garanzia.   Afferrare il tubo di adduzione dell’aria e tirarlo a sé bruscamente. La leva di blocco della valvola resterà appesa al tubo di  respirazione così determinando l’erogazione dell’aria.   Indossare subito il cappuccio allargando con le mani il collare in gomma e calzarlo sul capo posizionando la mascherina  sul viso   Respirare normalmente e lasciare immediatamente la zona pericolosa.  NOTA: assicurarsi che nessun indumento rimanga intrappolato tra il collo ed il collare elastico per assicurare una perfetta tenuta.  Fine utilizzo  L’autorespiratore dopo l’utilizzo deve essere riposto nella sacca di contenimento e trasporto ed inviata alla SPASCIANI SPA o ad  una officina autorizzata per la ricarica, il controllo e la sigillatura.  MANUTENZIONE E CONTROLLO  Intervalli di controllo  L’efficienza dell’autorespiratore si può rilevare dalla posizione dell’indicatore di pressione che deve sempre indicare la piena carica  della  bombola  a  300±15  bar  ad  una  temperatura  ambiente  di  20±5°C  (a  temperature  molto  alte  o  molto  basse  l’indicatore  potrebbe dare segnalazioni non corrette) . I controlli visivi di tale stato vanno effettuati ogni mese sugli autorespiratori in esercizio,  mentre quelli immagazzinati devono essere visionati prima dell’immissione in servizio. Controllare che i sigilli di garanzia siano  integri. Controllare anche che i sigilli sul riduttore non siano stati manomessi. Seguire le indicazioni della tabella seguente per la  manutenzione periodica:  Tabella 1 – Intervalli di manutenzione ...
  • Page 5 Figura 3. L’autorespiratore è contenuto nella sua sacca sigillata che si consiglia di tenere con il lato trasparente in vista in modo da  permettere un facile controllo dello stato di carica della bombola.  TRASPORTO  L’apparecchio, contenuto nel suo imballo originale, non richiede particolari accorgimenti per il trasporto. Si consiglia comunque, dopo  trasporto, di seguire le informazioni per l’immagazzinaggio ed il controllo visivo come descritto nel par. 4.  OMOLOGAZIONI  Il dispositivo SK, dispositivo di fuga ad aria compressa EEBD, è conforme alle norme tecniche EN 1146:2005 e ISO 23269‐1:2008 e      soddisfa i requisiti del Regolamento DPI (2016/425/UE) e delle Direttive PED (2014/68/UE) e MED (2014/90/UE).     < 10  15  < 1.5  EN 1146  SK 1203  0.002  < 5  < 10  15  0.4  SK 1203 C  Massa: la versione SK 1203 (con bombola in acciaio da 2 l 300 bar) supera i 5 kg, ciò la rende non adatta (come stabilito dalla  norma EN 1146) ad essere trasportata dall’utilizzatore per più di 8 ore.   Temperatura di funzionamento: da ‐15 °C a 60 °C.      EN         INFORMATION NOTICE FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE    WARNING  Only close observance of the instructions laid out in this booklet can guarantee perfect service and safe use of the apparatus.  SPASCIANI SPA and their appointed Agents take no responsibility for damages which may occur due to incorrect or inappropriate  use of the apparatus, nor following maintenance carried out by un‐authorised people.      Breathing apparatus are complex design PPE as stated in Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and therefore they must at any time be used  by especially trained people under the supervision of personnel well aware of the limits of application and of the laws in being.  All data in the booklet were carefully checked. SPASCIANI SPA however take no responsibility for possible mistakes and keep the  right to partly modify their products without prior notice.  FIELD OF APPLICATION   Application  SK breathing apparatus are to be used as personal rescue pieces of equipment wherever dangerous situations may occur due to  fire fumes or lack of oxygen. The apparatus is very light and can be carried along by an operator for long periods, as an entire work  shift, so that it is at any time ready for use in case of accident.  Limits and warnings  It is extremely important that the instructions given in these pages be followed. SK breathing apparatus shall not be used for  maintenance or work, even for a short period, nor for rescue operations or underwater work.  The equipment can be used in potentially explosive zones 1 &2.  Duration ...
  • Page 7 Checks before use  Before using the breathing apparatus, check the air level in the cylinder indicated by the pressure indicator. The pointer must be  at 300±15 bar. To make sure that the breathing apparatus works when called for, periodic visual checks of the cylinder level are  recommended (see point 4).   Donning and Operation  For the sequence of actions required to don the device and for more details, look at the pictograms shown on the carrying bag of  the device (see Fig.2):   Put the breathing apparatus on by placing the carrying strap over the shoulder   Clasp the grip‐strap and pull the flap lid open, thus breaking the guarantee seal   Grip the air hose and pull it roughly towards you. The lever keeping the valve closed is now hanging from the breathing tube and  this activates the air flow.   Put the hood on immediately, opening up the rubber collar and pulling it over your head. Place the mask over your face   Breathe normally and immediately leave the hazardous zone  WARNING: make sure that no clothes or hair are trapped between the neck and the rubber seal to ensure perfect tightness.  End of use  After use the breathing apparatus must be put back in its storing and carrying bag and sent to SPASCIANI SPA or to an authorized  workshop for refilling, checking and sealing.  MAINTENANCE AND CHECKING  Frequency of checks  The working condition of the breathing apparatus can be checked from the position of the pressure indicator that must always be  at 300±15 bar, at a temperature of 20±5°C (at extreme temperatures the gauge could give false readings), indicating that the  cylinder is full. Visual checks of this status must be carried out every month on breathing apparatus being used, while those in  storage must be visually checked before being put in service. Check that the guarantee seals are not damaged in any way. Check  also that the calibration seals on the reducer have not been tampered. Please follow this table for periodical maintenance:  Tab.1 – Periodical maintenance  Part  Activity 1  Complete set  Visual check of seals and cylinder charge X    Revision (B)     ...
  • Page 8 three years the breathing apparatus must undergo special revision, the O‐Rings must be replaced and the efficiency of the air  supply system must be checked.    The dates of the checks and maintenance carried out on the device must be entered in the table (Table 3) shown at the end of  this instruction booklet.  WARNING: The cylinder must be recharged with breathable air conforming to EN 12021.   STORAGE  The SK breathing apparatus described in this manual must be stored in a suitable place. This should be cool and ventilated, away  from corrosive gas or agents, and away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. The apparatus must preferably be kept at the  temperature and humidity specified in the pictograms on the bag and given in Fig. 3 at the end of these instructions. The breathing  apparatus must be stored in its sealed bag, which should be kept with the transparent side on view so that cylinder level can be  easily checked.  TRANSPORT  The apparatus, kept in their original packing, do not require particular care for transport. It is anyhow advised to follow the information  already given for storage and to visually check the apparatus as explained in par.4 after transport.  APPROVALS  The SK series, Emergency Escape Breathing Device EEBD, conform to EN 1146:2005 and ISO 23269‐1:2008 standards and meet the  requirements of Regulation on PPE (2016/425/EU) and Directives PED (2014/68/EU) and MED (2014/90/EU).  PPE – Notified Body that performed the type tests for the EC certification and that carries out the manufacture control according  to Module D of Regulation (EU) 2016/425: Italcert S.r.l., Viale Sarca 336, 20126 Milan – Italy, n° 0426.   PED – The device is made in accordance with the requirements of the Conformity Assessment Modules B + D according to Directive  2014/68/EU on Pressure Equipment. Notified body that carried out the B+D conformity assessment procedure: Italcert Srl, Viale  Sarca 336, 20126 Milano – Italia, n° 0426  MED  ‐  The  device  is  made  in  accordance  with  the  requirements  of  the  Conformity  Assessment  Modules  B  +  D  according  to  2014/90/EU on Marine Equipment. Notified body that carried out the B+D conformity assessment procedure: Italcert Srl, Viale ...

  • Page 10  Saisir le tube d’adduction de l’air et le tirer vers soi brusquement. Le levier qui bloque le détendeur restera suspendu au tuyau  d’alimentation. Cette opération démarre la distribution de l’air.   Mettre immédiatement la cagoule en élargissant le col en caoutchouc avec les mains et en l’enfilant sur la tête en positionnant  le masque sur le visage.    Respirer normalement et s’éloigner de la zone dangereuse  NOTE: s’assurer qu’aucun vêtement ne reste entre le cou et le col élastique pour assurer une tenue parfaite.  3.3 Après emploi  Remettre le respirateur dans le sac de stockage et de transport après son emploi et l’envoyer chez SPASCIANI SPA ou un atelier  agréé SPASCIANI pour la recharge, le contrôle et le cachetage.  ENTRETIEN ET CONTROLE  4.1  Intervalles de contrôle  Il est possible d’établir l’efficacité du respirateur sur la base de la position de l’indicateur de pression qui doit indiquer à tout temps  300±15  bars  à  une  temperature  de  20  ±5  °C  (températures  extrêmes  peuvent  conduire  à  des  fausses  lectures).  Les  contrôles  visuels sont à réaliser tous les mois au niveau des respirateurs employés, tandis qu’au niveau des respirateurs en stock, il faut les  contrôler avant la mise en service. Contrôler que les sceaux de garantie n’ont pas été arrachés. Contrôler également que les scellés  d’étalonnage du détendeur n’ont pas été manipulés.  Suivre les indications du tableau suivant pour l’entretien périodique: ...
  • Page 11 Contrôle visuel des scellés et du niveau de charge X    Test complet (B)    Cagoule   Remplacement (B)    Détendeur  Révision(B)   Bouteille   Remplacement/Test (A)    1: Avant la mise en service  2: Chaque mois  3: Après l’utilisation  4: Tous les trois ans  A) Selon les normes nationales  B) Cette opération doit être réalisée uniquement par SPASCIANI ou des ateliers autorisés.  4.2 Entretien  Le respirateur ne demande aucune intervention d’entretien ordinaire s’il n’est pas utilisé. Si la bouteille est presque à plat, il faut envoyer  le respirateur chez SPASCIANI ou chez un atelier autorisé au contrôle et à l’entretien. Tous les trois ans les respirateurs doivent subir une  révision extraordinaire, qui prévoit le remplacement des joints toriques et l’efficacité du système de distribution.   Les dates des contrôles périodiques et des opérations d’entretien doivent être enregistrées dans le tableau 3 à la fin de cette  notice d’instructions.  NOTE: La bouteille doit être rechargée avec de l’air conforme à la norme  EN 12021.  STOCKAGE  Le respirateur SK décrit dans ce mode d’emploi doit être stocké dans un endroit adapté. L’endroit utilisé afin de stocker le respirateur  doit être bien ventilé et frais, loin des gaz ou d’agents corrosifs, ainsi que loin de l’action directe des rayons du soleil ou des sources de  chaleur. Stocker l’équipement si possible aux conditions de température et d’humidité précisées au niveau des pictogrammes figurant à  la fin du mode d’emploi et sur le sac de transport. Le respirateur doit être conservé dans son sac scellé que l’on conseille de positionner  avec le côté transparent bien visible pour pouvoir contrôler aisément la pression dans la bouteille.  TRANSPORT  Contenu dans son emballage d’origine, l’appareil ne demande pas de mesures particulières pour le transport. Après le transport,  on conseille quand même de suivre les informations pour le stockage et le contrôle visuel tel qu’il est décrit dans le par. 4.  OMOLOGATIONS  L’appareil de protection respiratoire d’évacuation SK à air comprimé satisfait aux demandes de la norme EN 1146:2005 et ISO ...

  • Page 14 B)  Diese  Maßnahmen  dürfen  nur  von  SPASCIANI  SPA  oder  einer  Vertragswerkstatt  nationalen Vorschriften   durchgeführt werden  Wartung  Das Atemschutzgerät benötigt keine besondere Wartung, wenn es nicht benutzt wird. Falls sich herausstellt, dass der Zylinder nur  teilweise  gefüllt  ist,  muss  das  Atemschutzgerät  zur  Überprüfung  und  Wartung  an  Spasciani  oder  an  eine  Vertragswerkstatt  geschickt  werden.  Alle  drei  Jahre  muss  das  Atemschutzgerät  einer  speziellen  Überprüfung  unterzogen  werden,  die  O‐Ringe    ausgetauscht werden und die Effizienz des Druckluftsystems überprüft werden.   Die Termine der Prüfungen und Wartungen am Gerät müssen in die Tabelle (Tabelle 3) weiter unten in dieser Bedienungsanleitung ...

  • Page 16   1  AMBITO DE UTILIZACIÓN  Aplicación  El espirador autónomo SK  está destinado al rescate autónomo en todos aquellos entornos en los que se manifiestan situaciones  peligrosas por fugas de gas o falta de oxígeno. En los lugares de trabajo de riesgo, dado su peso reducido, puede ser usado incluso  a título preventivo durante todo un turno de trabajo.  Limitaciones y advertencias  Es muy importante seguir las instrucciones presentes en estas páginas. El respirador autónomo SK  no es utilizable en operaciones  de mantenimiento o de trabajo, aunque sean de corta duración, ni para socorro de terceros o uso subacuático. El aparato puede  ser usado en atmosferas potencialmente explosivas Zona 1 y 2.   Duración  La bombona de alimentación de 2 litros a 300 bares, permite una autonomía de 15 minutos aprox. a flujo constante de suministro.  La designación del aparato es EN 1146/15.  Fin del tiempo de empleo  Durante  la  utilización  el  portador  puede  evaluar  la  autonomía  restante  por  el  indicador  de  presión.  Al  final  del  suministro  el  operador  puede  respirar  del  ambiente  exterior  a  través  de  la  obertura  de  una  válvula  que  se  pone  en  funcionamiento  automáticamente. En ese momento el portador deberá estar ya lejos de la zona de peligro. ...
  • Page 17   Puesta y accionamiento  Para la secuencia de acciones necesarias para colocarse el dispositivo y para mayor detalle, observe el pictograma que aparece en  la bolsa del dispositivo (figura 2):   Ponerse el respirador colocando la correa de transporte en bandolera,    Coger la correa‐asidero de la bolsa y abrir arrancando el precinto de garantía.   Coger el tubo de toma del aire y tirarlo hacia sí bruscamente. Con esta operación se determina la abertura de la válvula de suministro.    Ponerse enseguida el capuchón abriendo con las manos el collar de goma y acomodarlo sobre la cabeza colocando la mascarilla  sobre la cara.   Respirar normalmente y salir de la zona peligrosa.  NOTA: asegurarse que nada quede atrapado entre el cuello y el collar elástico para garantizar una hermeticidad perfecta.  Fin de la utilización  Tras su uso, el respirador debe ser repuesto en la bolsa contenedora y de transporte que será enviada a SPASCIANI SPA o a un  taller autorizado para su recarga, control y precintado.      MANTENIMIENTO Y CONTROL  Intervalos de control  La eficiencia del respirador autónomo puede ser comprobada mediante la posición del indicador de presión sobre la zona verde  que indica la completa carga de la bombona a 300±15 bar a una temperatura de 20±5°C (a temperatura más alta o más baja el  indicador puede indicar señal incorrecta). Los controles visuales de tal estado se realizan de forma mensual en los respiradores  autónomos que estén en activo, mientras que respecto a los que están almacenados, deberán ser controlados visualmente antes  de su entrada en servicio. Controlar que los precintos de garantía estén íntegros. Controlar también que los precintos de calibrado  del reductor no hayan sido forzados. Seguir las indicaciones de la tabla siguiente para el mantenimiento periódico:  Tabella 1 – Intervalos de mantenimiento  Parte  Actividad  1  2  Set completo   Control visivo de los precintos y de la carga X  X    Test completo (B)     ...
  • Page 18   MARCADO   Los elementos indicados a continuación tienen especial importancia para la seguridad y están marcados para su identificación:  ‐ En el reductor están marcado el número de serie (compuesto de seis dígitos y una letra), que   identifica  al  aparato;  el  reductor esta sellado en fabrica para evitar la manipulación.  ‐ El manómetro indicador de presión tiene el código 93235.  ‐ La válvula de exhalación está marcada con el código RS411 y la fecha de producción.   Los elementos indicados a continuación no pueden ser marcados y tienen la información que se detalla en el presente manual;  ‐ El tubo de media presión, de color azul, tiene marcado el año de fabricación.  ‐ El capuz completo no lleva ningún marcado aunque debe ser sustituido después del uso o cada 3 años, durante la revisión  extraordinaria.    El marcado CE y otras informaciones están marcadas en el ejemplo de la etiqueta A.  Ejemplo A: etiqueta    A.
