8. Attachment and operation

Before starting the equipment
• All covers and safety devices have to be properly
fitted before the equipment is switched on.
• It must be possible for the blade to run freely.
• When working with wood that has been processed
before, watch out for foreign bodies such as nails
or screws, etc.
• Before you press the ON/OFF switch check that the
saw blade is fitted correctly. Moving parts must run
smoothly.
• Before you connect the equipment to the power
supply make sure the data on the rating plate are
dentical to the mains data.
• Connect the machine to a properly installed pro-
tective contact socket, with at least 16A circuit
breaker.

Attachment
Important. Pull out the power plug before carrying out
any maintenance, resetting or assembly work on the
circular saw!
Place all parts supplied on a flat surface. Grouping
equal parts.
Note: If compounds with a bolt (round head / or hexa-
gon), hex nuts and washers are backed up, the wash-
er must be fitted under the nut.
Insert screws each from outside to inside. Secure
connections with nuts on the inside.
Note: Tighten the nuts and bolts during assembly
only to the extent that they can not fall down.
If you tighten the nuts and bolts prior to final assem-
bly, final assembly can not be performed.

Place the table top (1) onto a work bench after having
removed the packing pad a underneath the motor.

Fasten the base leg (2) onto the table top using 2
hexagon bolts M6 x 16, 2 washers 6 and 2 nuts M6.
Tighten the bolts slightly by hand.

Fasten the switch (6) to the table top using 2 hexagon
bolts M6 x 16, 2 washers 6, and 2 nuts M6.

Fasten the base leg (5) and the hose holder to the
table top using 2 hexagon bolts M6 x 16, 2 washers

Fasten 2 longitudinal braces (10) and 2 cross braces
(9) onto the base legs (2, 3,4 and 5) using 12 hexa-
gon bolts M6 x 16, 12 washers 6, and 12 nuts M6.

Fasten the table extension plate (8) with 2 braces
11 and cross brace to the table top using 6 hexagon
bolts M6 x 16, 6 washers 6, and 6 nuts M6.
Tighten the bolts slightly by hand. (The table length
extension (8) can also be used as table width exten-
sion by fitting it to the side with the shorter braces.)

Fasten the suction piece (14) to the lower saw blade
guard (13) using 4 hexagon bolts M4 x 10.
