User Operation

Menus are entered by pressing the "EDIT" key and exited by pressing the "NEXT" key. Submenus
are displayed by pressing the "UP" and "DOWN" keys and selected by pressing the "EDIT" key. (EX. press
edit in the main reading display screen to show the main menu [alarm/input/cal/display], use the "UP"
and "DOWN" keys to select a menu item, then press "EDIT" to enter the submenu.) Menus are exited by
pressing the "NEXT" key.
Items within menus (EX. alarm setpoints) are changed by pressing the "EDIT" key in the menu to
enter the editing mode. When in editing mode, the section of the item that will be changed will blink.
Press "UP" or "DOWN" to alter the selection. When the desired changes have been made, press "EDIT"
again to save the changes (invalid changes will result in an "ErrP" message on the display. If the item
takes up more than one section of the display (ex. double digit numbers) then the "NEXT" button is used
to change between sections of the item.
The jumper next to TB2 is used to switch the unit's current input and output between "terminate" and
"pass through" mode. Select "Terminate" mode if the current input doesn't need to go to another
device. Select "pass through" if the input needs to be delivered to another device. When the unit is set
to "pass through" the current output must go to another device or the input doesn't function.
Unit can be reset to default settings by holding the "EDIT" key when power is applied until "CoLd" is
displayed on the unit.
Pressing the "NEXT" key while the reading is displayed will bring up the segment test mode. All parts of
the display will light up (the unit will display "8.8.8.8") Pressing the "UP" key on this screen will display
the temperature of the unit.
