Resources, service life, manufacturer's warranty

9.1
The average resource of "SOKOL-M1" is 40 000 hours during the average service life of
8 years, including the storage period of 1 year in the manufacturer's package in warehouses that meet
the rules for storage of electronic equipment.
9.2
"SOKOL-M1" Overhaul Service Life at Major Repairs of 16 000 hours during the
average service life of 8 years.
9.3
SOKOL-M1's average operating time per failure is 16,000 hours, average recovery time
after failure is 2 hours.
9.4
Warranty service life of "SOKOL-M1" - 24 months from the moment of shipment from
the enterprise - manufacturer. During this period, the manufacturer guarantees its repair or replacement
free of charge with the same warranty as specified in the contract of delivery.
9.5
For repair (warranty replacement) "SOKOL-M1" is necessary:
within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of occurrence or detection of
the defect to send a written complaint (application) to the manufacturer;
if the manufacturer's representatives are not able to inspect, repair or replace the product
at the place of operation, it is necessary to send the product to LLC "Tehavtomatika" or other place
specified by LLC "Tehavtomatika";
Along with the application, the seller (manufacturer, importer) is given poor quality
goods. The transfer of goods for warranty repair should be made out a certificate of acceptance of the
goods from the buyer, such document should be made by the seller. It is necessary to specify in the
acceptance report the date of transfer of the goods, from whom the item is accepted, who received the
goods, a detailed description of the goods with the serial number of the product, external damage or
traces of operation, the presence or absence of the factory seals, a description of the signs of failure from
the words of the buyer, it is desirable in the presence of the buyer and the seller to clarify the presence
of this failure when switching on the product, confirmation by the seller that the case is under warranty
(and the goods are accepted for repair). If the fact of discrepancy with the warranty case is obvious, the
repair or replacement of the product with a new one is performed at the expense of the buyer.
9.6
The definition of a warranty case does not include an emergency situation that occurred
during the operation of «SOKOL-M1», when defects occurred:
due to natural wear and tear, accidents and natural disasters;
-In case of incorrect (unintended operation documentation) transportation, storage,
installation or use of the product;
after modification or introduction of any changes or additions to the product without prior
agreement with "Tehavtomatika" LLC;
if the product is not used correctly by untrained personnel;
due to defects caused by the user's use of software not specified in the technical
documentation.
9.7
Upon expiry of the warranty period or termination of warranty obligations, the
manufacturer (supplier) shall eliminate the failures under individual contracts with the customer in
accordance with the established procedure.
