Ongoing repair
8.1 General instructions
8.1.1 «SOKOL-M1» provides automatic alarm of hardware and software failures. The current
repair should be carried out based on the product failures signals.
8.1.2 Current repairs of SOKOL-M1 are carried out by engineering and technical personnel.
8.2 Security measures
8.2.1 During the current repair of "Sokol-M1" the generally accepted safety rules should be
observed when working with electrical products of consumers of the I class of protection (according to
GOST 12.2.003, products with working insulation and grounding elements). The main rules are:

The enclosures of blocks (products) must be grounded;

use connection cables designed for this product.
8.2.2. IS PROHIBITED:
—
CHECK FOR VOLTAGE AT THE TERMINALS AND CONDUCTORS BY
TOUCHING THEM WITH YOUR HAND OR CONDUCTIVE OBJECTS;
—
REMOVE FROM THE HOODS, REPLACE PARTS, PERFORM SOLDERING,
REWIRE, CONNECT AND DISCONNECT CABLES AND WIRES WHEN THE POWER SUPPLY
UNITS ARE SWITCHED ON.
8.2.3
When measuring high voltages, special high voltage probes should be used.
8.2.4
All measurements of electrical parameters should be made in such a way that no open
body parts touch metal parts of the cases and ground wires.
