Automatic meteorological stations «SOKOL-M1» are designed for:
2.1
automatic measurement of meteorological parameters: air temperature, atmospheric
pressure, relative humidity, the level of ultraviolet radiation of the sun, wind speed and direction, the
amount and intensity of precipitation;
determination of the presence of moisture on plant leaves and other surfaces (hereinafter
- contains the sheet);
soil moisture and temperature, leaf moisture, snow cover height (optional);
photo fixation of weather phenomena.
2.2
Structurally, the automatic meteorological stations "SOKOL-M1" are made as a
monoblock containing the following elements:
the sensor of temperature, relative humidity, and atmospheric pressure;
the sensor of atmospheric precipitation;
ultraviolet level sensor of solar radiation;
rechargeable battery;
solar panel.
Wind speed meter, wind direction meter, and digital camera are placed on the body of weather

communicates to «SOKOL-BMVD» with connected remote sensors: a sensor of soil humidity and
temperature (SOKOL-DVP) and a leaf humidity sensor (SOKOL-DVL). Up to 8 "Sokol-BMVD" can
be connected to the weather station "Sokol- M1"; to each «Sokol-BMVD," up to 4 remote sensors can
be connected.
Thus, the weather station can receive information from the maximum of 32 remote sensors, and
it is necessary to take into account the order of their connection to the "SOKOL-BMVD" (see Table 5)
and in this regard, the name of the parameters to be read.
For example, you can connect 3 "SOKOL-DVP" and 1 "SOKOL-DVL" to each "SOKOL-
EWSM". That is, the first three inputs of the "SOKOL-EWSM" always connect only soil moisture and
temperature sensor (SOKOL-DVP), and input four can transmit data on the humidity of the leaf (Sokol-
DVL).
To connect external devices (ultrasonic anemometer, pyrheliometer, and measurement of snow
cover height ) to the weather station, use a junction RS-485 box. The box itself is connected to the
weather station through a cable with a plastic five-pin connector. The second socket is designed to
connect the measurement of snow cover height, which is used to determine the snow cover height. The
other two identical connectors are designed to connect an ultrasonic anemometer and a pyrheliometer.
The weather station's built-in GSM-modem transmits measured parameters to the server

to connect the "SOKOL-TV" device to the station, transmitting data from the weather station to the
screen via HDMI cable.
The weather station can be retrofitted with sets of additional equipment:
Satellite communication Iridium. It ensures uninterrupted operation of the weather station
(from now on referred to as the "server") with set periodicity. It is also possible
