Audio System Trouble
Symptom
Bluetooth® handsfree
calling cannot be available.
During a call, headset
volume is low/high.
Passenger's headset is no
sound

Cause/remedy
Connected Bluetooth® device may be an unsupported device.
Check the supported Bluetooth® version/profiles.
When the Bluetooth® connection is unstable due to surrounding
conditions or radio wave conditions, the handsfree calling
functions may not be available.
To use Bluetooth® handsfree calling, a headset connection is
necessary. Connect a paired headset.
Adjust the volume during a call.
Passenger headset only outputs music. Music playback is
interrupted while using the handsfree phone or Siri.
