4.1.4 With the recording software
- Start up the recording software using the key F1 of your VTT console
(diagram 9), then select automatic recording (diagram 10).

- Press the button
personalise (diagram 11) and parameter as indicated below for a distance
of approximately 1 meter diagram 12).

Record the parametering using the Mem button, then start recording with the
same button.
A message 'waiting for synchronisation' then appears.
Acquisition begins when the shock is made just alongside the sensor used
for synchronising.
When the curve has been recorded, change the curve displayed using the
orange button.
You will then indicate the delay (diagram 13).
Perform the same acquisition at various distances and on various support
media.
