AUS BOLT ION - No Power

Models: 1311F, 1311K, 1312F, 1312G, 1315X
•

Verify charger being used is correct

•
Unplug the Charger from the machine and wall
•
Run your fingers down the entire length of the Charger Cord checking for damage
•
If the cord is damaged, a new one will need to be ordered
•
Test a different device (such as a phone charger) in the outlet to ensure it's working
•
Test the machine by plugging the Charging Cord directly into the back of the machine
•
If the light blinks red or blue, allow it to charge
•
If there's no blinking light, refer to

Please note Model numbers 1311 and 1312 need a full 4 hours of charging on the first use while model 1315 needs a full 8 hours
•
If the machine briefly turns on then off, remove the hand vac and attempt to turn machine on
•
If the machine stays on, the brush may be bound by debris
•
If the machine continues to not have power, refer to
•
Remove foot from machine body
•
Remove the brush by releasing the brush clip on the foot
•
Clean any debris on the brush and surrounding brush housing
•
Check the brush ends and foot assembly for damage
•
Replace if any damage is found
