1. Drill a 6.2 mm diameter
hole
2. Hex bolt (M6-1X16),
inserted from inside frame
3. Install the hex bolt and locknut as shown in Figure 4.
4. Verify that the guards are clear of each other, all
moving parts (across their full range of operation),
that they will not cause damage to wires, hoses or
other components, and that they will not interfere
with the safe operation of the traction unit or the
mowing deck.
Installing the Right Frame Belt
Guard
1. Attach the right frame belt guard. Use Figure 5 as
a guide.
A. Loosen, but do not remove, the 2 existing bolts
just behind the right front wheel.
B. Attach the right frame belt guard and tighten all
fasteners securely.
