suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling for service.

Solutions
Refer to the wiring diagram, check the power wiring
connection.
•Opening the door and checking whether the lamp is lit.

cool.
•Checking and closing the door.
•Removing the refrigerator from the heat source.

•Packing food of strong flavors.
If there is a door open alarm, close the door, and open it
again after 5s, observing whether the fridge LED light
turns on.
Press the corresponding key to exit the 'Standby'
function.
1) Enter the Battery Test program to observe whether
the battery level is less than 10V (if the battery power
ever falls below 9V, it may lead to the compressor
undervoltage protection), and charge or replace the
battery if necessary.
2) If the battery level is high (above 11V), or the battery
with sufficient power has been replaced, wait for 5
minutes to observe whether it can return to normal; if
not, please contact the after-sales personnel for service.
