Introduction

Press System Overview

The Infinity Series Servo Ultrasonic Press System is used for welding thermoplastics. A typical Infinity™ ultrasonic welding
system is shipped completely with a press (thruster, base, and column), generator, an ultrasonic stack (transducer, booster,
horn), fixturing, cables, and a HMI (with the IQ Explorer 3 software installed) for application setup and data acquisition.

General User Information

This Quick Start Guide provides information to set up and operate Dukane's Infinity™ ultrasonic servo welder. Please read
it before using the system to become familiar with the equipment to ensure correct and safe operation.
