Please note that if the battery is too low, then the warning message shown below will appear when you start to export the data. Either charge the analyser or
simply connect to the mains before starting the export again.

Shutdown Procedure
11.1
Turning the analyser off
Step 1:
Remove any test cartridges from the analyser.
Step 2:
Press the power button on the right hand side of the analyser.
Step 3:
The screen will read 'Analyser Shutting Down'.
Step 4: When the screen turns dark, the analyser has switched off.
The analyser cannot be switched off if a test is in progress of if a test cartridge is inserted.
11.2
Automatic shutdown
In order to save power, the analyser can be set to automatically shutdown after a period of inactivity. Refer to section 9.4 Automatic shutdown.
The analyser will not turn shutdown if a test is in progress or if a test cartridge is inserted.

In the event of an incomplete test or analyser issue, in most cases on screen feedback will be provided to the user to assist with diagnosis and resolution of the
issue. In some cases, the analyser will report specific codes – please refer to the list of codes on the following pages for interpretation. If the issue cannot be
resolved using this guide, please contact Product Support.
