Connecting to the Smart RV Control App
1� Download the Airstream Smart Control app from
the Apple© App Store or Google® Play Store�
2� Create a user account� Only one account can be
paired to your Airstream at a time, however, you
may use multiple devices with the same account�
3� Confirm the Wi-Fi key switch is turned "on" next to
the router in the front overhead cabinet�
4� Follow the pairing process in the app to connect
to your Airstream� The sticker containing the QR
code is located in the front overhead cabinet� Do
not remove this label as you will need it to re-pair
the trailer if necessary� You are now ready to begin
your Airstream Adventure�
NOTE
Do not remove the QR label as it will be required
to re-pair to the trailer if necessary or by service
technicians for updates and diagnosis.
Do not use Connected and Smart RV control
services and functions when driving or when the
RV is otherwise in motion. Serious damage to the
RV or property or serious injury to yourself or
others may occur as such systems or functions
may distract your attention from the road and/or
may operate features of the RV which are intended
for use only when in a stationary position.

Airstream Smart RV Control products and
services are intended for use in the United
States only. Requires compatible device and
Internet connection. Not all features available
in all areas at all times. Additional data and
connection charges may apply. See Terms of
Service for important details.
NOTE
Depending on your service provider and data
usage, roaming charges may occur.
NOTE
Using the key to turn off the system will disable the
GPS function and other Smart RV Control services.

services (collectively, "Connected RV") contain systems

or about you, your devices, your RV (including its loca-
tion, how and where it is used, and telematics data),

tant updates� Other parties may seek to access data in-
dependently of Airstream� Those parties are not subject
to Airstream's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy�
Data and privacy protection laws where you use the
Connected RV products and services may impose
certain responsibilities on you with respect to your use
of the products and services� You are responsible for
ensuring you comply with such laws when you use the
products and services� You are responsible for inform-
ing those you permit to use or occupy your Connected
RV (with or without you, and including anyone to whom
you loan, give, or sell the Connected RV) how data
related to their use of the RV may be collected and
processed�
You may request to have automatic data transmission
and collection disabled or limited by contacting Air-
stream Customer Service� The functions and features
of Connected RV products, systems, and services may
be limited or may not work at all if you choose to pre-
vent or limit the transmission, collection and processing
of data and/or Airstream may terminate access to such
functions and features in such an event�
