- Page 4 Installation INTRODUCTION The GL4 is a line emulator that simulates a standard telephone line, it can be used together with all SafeLine telephones or any other PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) telephone. Easy to install and no programming needed, makes it suitable for both temporary and permanent installation.
- Page 5 Before you can start using a new SIM card, the card has to be prepared. The SafeLine GL4 can only recognize the PIN code if the code is set to “0000”, “1234”, “1111” or if it is deactivated. If the PIN code is set to “0000” or if it is deactivated the SIM card can be moved from the SafeLine GL4 to any of SafeLine GSM products.
