Kinetico Water Softeners are tested and certified by NSF International against the requirements

of NSF/ANSI Standard 44 for softener performance and chemical reduction of barium and radium

226/228.

NSF/ANSI Standard 44 Certification applies to Kinetico 2030s, 2040sOD, 2060s, 2060sOD,

2100s, 2100sOD, 4040sOD, 4060s OD with Carbon and 4060sOD with Macrolite.

The Kinetico Control Valve is tested and certified by WQA to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 – Health

Effects.
