 Wipe up any spilled engine oil.
 Dispose of the removed engine oil filter in
accordance with local regulations.
4. Apply engine oil to the O-ring of the en-

Inspecting wiring and connectors

 Inspect that each connector is engaged se-
curely.
 Inspect that each ground lead is properly
secured.
