This command writes the data of the number of sectors for which the data
specified with SCT SET COMMAND and number of sectors specified Sector
Count Field.

SCT WRITE DATA Command issue procedure.
1.
Issue the SCT set command of action code 0002h and function code 0002h.
2.
Issue the SCT write command and the write data is transmitted to the device.
