corresponding optimal settings. We will show you which
heating method and temperature are most suitable for
your dish. You will receive information about the correct
accessories and the height at which they should be
inserted. You will receive tips on shapes and preparation.
Note:
When preparing food, a lot of water vapor can
form in the cooking compartment.
Your appliance is very energy efficient and only emits
little heat to the outside during operation. Due to the
high temperature differences between the interior and
the exterior parts of the appliance, condensation can
form on the door, control panel or nearby furniture
fronts. This is a normal physical phenomenon. Through
preheating or opening the door carefully, the
condensate can be reduced.
Silicone molds
For an optimal cooking result, we recommend
that you use dark metal baking tins.
If you nevertheless wish to use silicone molds, please
refer to the manufacturer's information and recipes.
Silicone molds are often smaller than normal molds. The
quantity and
prescription details may vary.
Pastries and small pastries
Your appliance offers numerous heating methods for
baking cakes and small pastries. In the setting tables
you will find optimal settings for many dishes.
Also observe the instructions in the section on rising
the dough.
Only use original accessories for your device. This is
optimally matched to the interior space and the
functions.
Shelf heights
Use the indicated shelf heights.
Baking on one level
Use the following shelf height for baking on one level:
Height 1
Baking on two levels
Use 4D hot air. Baking trays or tins that are placed in
the oven at the same time do not have to be ready at
the same time.
Universal pan: height 3
Baking tray: height 1
Molds on the grid first
grid: height 3 second
grid: height 1
30
By preparing the dishes at the same time, you can save up to
45 percent energy. Place the shapes next to each other or
staggered one above the other in the interior space.
To belong
Make sure that you always use suitable accessories and that
you slide them in properly.
Schedule
Push in the grille with the open side towards the
cooking compartment door and with the curvature
downwards. Always place the molds on the grid.
Casserole or roasting pan
Carefully insert the universal pan or baking tray as far
as it will go, with the chamfered side facing the
appliance door.
Use the universal pan with moist cakes so that the cooking
compartment does not become dirty if the moisture overflows.
Bakeware
The most suitable are dark metal baking tins.
Light tins, ceramic tins and glass tins will prolong the
baking time and the cake will not brown evenly.
baking paper
Only use baking paper that is suitable for the selected
temperature. Always cut the baking paper so that it fits
well.
Recommended setting values
In the table you will find the optimum heating method
for various types of cakes. Temperature and duration
depend on the amount and quality of the dough. That is
why setting ranges are specified. Try it with the lower
values first. At a low temperature, the dish is
more even brown. If necessary, set the oven
higher next time.
Note:
Baking times cannot be shortened by higher
temperatures. Pastries or small cakes would then only
be cooked on the outside, but not well cooked on the
inside.
The setting values apply to products that are placed in
the unheated interior. This way you can save up to 20
percent energy. The indicated baking times are reduced
by a few minutes when you preheat.
For certain dishes it is necessary to preheat, this is
indicated in the table. Only place your dish and
accessories in the cooking compartment after
preheating.
If you want to bake according to your own recipe, proceed
according to the description of similar cakes in the table.
You will find additional information under the baking tips
after the setting table.
Remove unused accessories from the interior. This
gives you an optimal baking result and saves up to 20
percent energy.
