You can also clean the supplied enamelled

cannot be cleaned. The grids are not suitable for the
cleaning function and discolour. Other accessories
that are suitable for use with the cleaning function
can be found in the table for additional accessories.

If the interior is heavily soiled, it is best to clean it

without any accessories. This way you get an optimal
result.
If you want to clean the accessories, start cleaning
again.

Loose food residues, grease and meat juices can

catch fire during cleaning. Before cleaning, always
remove coarse dirt from the interior and from the
accessories.

as drying towels, on the door handle. Keep the front
of the device free. Make sure there are no children

Warning – Serious health risk!
The outside of the appliance becomes very hot during
cleaning. The non-stick coating of baking trays and
molds is affected and toxic gases are created. When
using the cleaning function, never clean plates and
molds with a non-stick coating. Only clean enamelled
accessories.
Set cleaning function
Before setting the cleaning function, make sure to
follow all the preparation instructions.
The time for each cleaning mode is fixed and cannot be
changed.

The cleaning mode is in focus in white on the
display.
Set the cleaning position with the control ring.

With the start/stop button l to confirm.

A prompt appears for the preparations required for
cleaning.

The time counts down on the display. The heating line
does not appear in the cleaning function.
The cleaning function starts.
Make sure the kitchen is ventilated while the cleaning
is running.
Shortly after starting, the appliance door locks. A
note and the . symbol appear in the display n
appears.
When cleaning is finished, a signal sounds. The display
shows the time 00m 00s. Switch the device on with the
on/off buttonÿ from.
The appliance door cannot be opened again until the
lock symbol n has disappeared.
Set the end time to a later time
You can postpone the end time. Before the start on the fields
touch and set the end at a later time with the control
ring.
After the start, the device goes into standby mode.
The end time cannot be changed.
Change and abort
The cleaning mode cannot be changed after the start.
If you want to cancel the cleaning function, switch the
appliance on with the on/off . button ÿ from. With the start/
stop buttonl you can no longer stop the operation.
The appliance door remains locked until the lock symbol
n has disappeared from the display.
After cleaning
When the interior has cooled down, wipe off the
remaining ash in the interior and near the appliance
door with a damp cloth.
Note:
As a result of excessive contamination, a white
deposit can form on the enamel surfaces. They are food
residues and can do no harm. The function is not
affected by this. You can remove the food residues with
citric acid if necessary.
