Possible Cause

"Temperature Probe"

tacts - Is the com-
pressor turning off
when the controller is
satisfied?
Coil covered with
Dirt, pet hair, ect.
Clear all obstructions
Large quantities of
warm product being
loaded at one time

This is normal during high humidity and frequent door
openings
During periods of high humidity, some condensation
might appear on the outside surfaces. The condensa-
tion will disappear when the humidity drops. Mean-
while, be sure the doors are closing and sealing prop-
erly. If condensation persists, call the Viking Range
Corporation for service.

Remedy
Unit can only maintain tempera-
tures when ambient is warmer
than set-point
Replace probe if defective
Replace Controller
Controller must be
reprogrammed
Clean condenser using a brush
and vacuum
Allow extra time for pull down
