ASSEMBLY Step 1 Locate the second base plate(7) and turn it upside down. Set the second base plate(7) onto the beams(6). See Figure A. Step 2 Turn the cart upside down. Attach two casters(13) with the swivel caster brackets(11) using a nut(12) and axle(14), if necessary. -
