Pressure gauge for operating pressure
The pump (pos 2) is positioned at the bottom of the tank and is controlled by a single-acting piston
powered by compressed air.
The pressure is adjusted to *** bar (pos. 3). Return to the starting position is spring-controlled. A
compression spring with a pressing disk is inserted inside the tank. The system is also equipped
with an electric minimum level warning device and a filling filter.
The centralised and automatic system is
connected to progressive distributors to all ball
bearing re-circulation carriages and to all the
nuts of the worm screws on the axes.
The system lubricates all the connected points
according to the lubricating frequency with the
grease contained in the grease tank (pos. 1).
