Carefully remove all components and hardware bags from the carton. Note: The following assembly instructions will illustrate the assembly of the 1.5 HP Cyclone Dust Collector model KC-8150C. The assembly instructions for all three models are identical. 1. Secure each wheel (A) Fig.4 to each corner of the base (B) using 4 flange head hex.

ASSEMBLY 5. The following assembly MUST be performed by a minimum of two people. Lift up the main impellor housing (A) Fig.7 and position it over the left and right columns (B) and drum lid supports (C) as shown. 6. Secure the main impellor housing (A) Fig.7 to the columns (B) using 8 flange head hex.

ASSEMBLY 12. Locate the drum (A) Fig.10 and install the 4 casters (B) under the drum by simply screwing them into the base. Use a wrench to tighten each caster. 13. Place the large drum bag (C) Fig.10 inside the drum and fold the edges as shown.

ASSEMBLY 16. Install handle shaft (A) Fig. 12 on canister filter shaft, tighten cap screws (B). Make sure one cap screw is tightened against the flat of the canister filter shaft. FIGURE 12 17. Position the canister filter under the main impeller housing and secure it using the 6 flange head hex.
ASSEMBLY & OPERATION 21. Install magnetic switch (A) Fig.16 to the left column (left column has an opening (B) to insert magnetic switch quick connect cord). Remove the magnetic switch cover (C) by removing the two screws (D) that secure it to the switch.
