There is an 5mm jagged shaped stone jammed between the roller with the fins on it and the back teeth/wall of the chamber that roller spins in. It has stopped the movement of that roller. Vacuum has stopped. See no directions as to how to remove that back roller so I can remove the stone. Would be able to get at it if I could get the top lid with the red outline open. Then I could reach the stone. Can not move it from underneath because it is jammed between the little black teeth and the lid.
Does not photograph clearly because of the curved lid, but I can see the stone through the lid.
All other parts of the vacuum are clear. Please advise as soon as possible.
Many thanks.
