7. Error Messages and Troubleshooting

Possible Cause
There are more than 80
readings in memory to

including stress, time of day, and/or how you apply

Solution
Pair or transfer your
readings to the app so
you can keep them in
memory in the app, and
this error symbol
disappears.
Replacing all 4 batteries
with new ones is
recommended. Refer to
sub-section 2.1.
Immediately replace all 4
batteries with new ones.

Check the battery
installation for proper
placement.
