  • Page 4 UM3 MOUNTING BRACKETS Assemble the Mounting Top to the Mounting Post using the hardware as shown below. MOUNTING BRACKETS TO ROOF Assemble the Mounting Post to the Mounting Foot using the hardware as shown below. Bolt M8 x 40MM Bolt M8 x 55MM Assemble onto vehicle roof as shown, then torque the Mounting Drill bolt holes according to the dimensions shown.

    RIGHT ROTATION ASSEMBLY SEQUENCE 3/19 CROSSBARS REAR DRIVE SHAFT Apply Anti-Seize compound to Mounting Bracket bolts Repeat Steps 1.1–1.2 to install the remaining Mounting Torque to 90 in-lbs. Brackets onto the Front Crossbars. Prime Design Limited Warranty.
