Totally enclosed motor meets NEC 547-7 (2008) requirements for
use in Agricultural Areas. This unit has a 110-120 Volt A/C polarized
grounded plug. Do not remove grounding conductor from plug or
use with an extension cord.

use with any solid state speed control device. This
fan motor is equipped with an automatic reset
overload device. The fan may start unexpectedly.
Do not put any object through the grilles into the
blade or motor. This fan is designed for indoor
use only.

the wall bracket with the above mentioned lag screw.
Additional screws can be used to stabilize the wall mount if needed,
however they are not required.

Motor is permanently sealed and does
not require additional lubrication.
Ensure all fan guards are reinstalled as
previously installed after cleaning.
