getting started This Portable Dock for iPhone and iPod can be used with either batteries or mains power. using with mains power This unit is designed only to operate with the supplied DC 5.9V/2A mains adapter. Connecting the unit to any other power source may damage it. Press the docking station release button to release the docking station at the front and the stand at the back (which reveals the power and AUX in sockets).
switching on/off When you first connect the unit to the mains socket, the unit will be in STANDBY mode, press the STANDBY button on the top of the unit to turn it on. The power indicator will light up green. Press the STANDBY button again to turn the unit to STANDBY mode.
using the AUX IN connection The AUX IN connection on the back can be used to connect your MP3 player, CD player or computer using a 3.5 mm audio cable (not supplied). Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX IN socket on the unit and the other to your device.
